How Does Hypnosis Work ?
Most of us carry within us the accumulation of a lifetime of big and little traumas that no one completely escapes. As a society we are not very good at processing and releasing these experiences. We prefer to numb and distract ourselves from pain and discomfort. When we experience something, we remember it and learn a particular behaviour in response. Every time something similar happens, our physical and emotional reactions attached to the memory are repeated.
